Plan a Visit

Some important stuff to know before you come to the Arcade.

Ticket Information

General Admission Tickets

Ticket prices generally range between $10–$25 and are sold through our ticketing partner, LeepEvents — online, and at our box office the day of the show. Tickets are non-refundable and we don't offer rainchecks, but they are transferrable: if you can't make a show, feel free to give them to a friend.

Unless otherwise noted, seats are general admission. Buying in advance guarantees you a seat up until the show starts; if you're not there by then, your seat may be released to our waitlist. If a show is completely sold out, we're happy to swap your tickets for another performance at the same price. More on advance tickets →

Alcohol & BYOB Policy

Guests over 21 are welcome to bring their own six-pack or bottle of wine — there's a $5/person corkage fee. There are several bars and bottle shops within a block of the theater. The one thing we don't allow is hard liquor.

A valid ID is required to consume alcohol. Read the full BYOB policy →

Student & Military Discounts

Most shows offer a reduced student price with valid ID (college, technical school, high school, and military IDs all qualify). A set number of discounted tickets are available online; more may be available at the box office before the show. Rush tickets are box-office only and can't be reserved in advance. Restrictions may apply for specific shows.

Age Restrictions

Unless noted otherwise, shows are recommended for ages 16 & up — more a guideline for parents than a hard rule. If you're comfortable with your kid watching network TV after 8pm, the average Arcade show will be fine. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Look for shows labelled “All Ages,” “21+,” or “Just for Kids.” Questions about a specific program? Email us.

Bag Policy

Bags need to fit comfortably on your lap or under a seat. Small snacks and outside beverages are fine, but please leave anything that would be confiscated at the airport at home. Glass and glassware aren't permitted inside the theater unless it's a checked, approved BYOB bottle of wine.

Travel Information

Parking

There's free street parking on Liberty Avenue and the surrounding blocks after 6pm. There's also a garage a block away — the Smithfield & Liberty garage (next to SPACE Gallery) is just $8 for the night.

Accessibility & Inclusion

Accessibility

Our facility spans three floors connected by a full-size elevator, with accessible all-gender restrooms on the basement level. Need arrangements? Ask at the box office, email info@arcadecomedytheater.com, or leave a message on our voicemail line at 412-339-0608.

Our Commitment to Inclusion

The best comedy reflects the diverse world in which it's presented. We're committed to a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for every artist, staff member, and audience member who comes through our doors — taking an active role in equitable practices and remedying disparities in our values. Inclusion is a journey: while we work to do good today, we work to do better tomorrow.
